You will have front row seats to the beauty of exquisite changing light at sunrise and sunset, to the excitement of waves crashing on the rocks when the swells roll in, and to aquatic wild life which could include schools of dolphins, birds feeding on bait balls and the BEST LAND BASED WHALE WATCHING in the world (June to November) according to The Telegraph.
The villa is HUGELY spacious with a double volume entrance hall, 4 reception areas, an ocean front roof top entertainment area with magnificent sea views, 2 swimming pools (1 solar heated), 6 bedroom suites, all with some view, and 2 double garages for 4 cars.
The living room on the mezzanine level is a beautiful entertainment room with concertina glass windows opening to the sea front. Open the front pedestrian gate and you've step onto the world famous Cliff Path which snakes along our coastline to the beaches at one end and town centre at the other end, before going onto the small working Harbour. The Golf Course (with restaurant) is within walking distance and beaches, nature walks, the local wine route, the local art route, restaurants and shopping all within 5 - 15 minutes by car.
