This home feels like family, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. It is an old Hermanus house with an interesting use of neutral colours and natural textures in the living room and bedrooms, and then an energizing bold use of colour in the dining area and kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside the house (two en suite) and a newer separate garden bedroom suite with sitting area opening onto the garden. The living room, dining room and sun room are all open plan and there is a small TV lounge off the kitchen that leads to the shady patio with braai (barbeque).
The beaches are in easy reach, even for an evening stroll, as are the mountain walks in our beautiful Fernkloof Nature Reserve. Restaurants, golf and shopping all near by.
