Booking Procedure
- Send us your request
by going to "Contact Us" when you reach the end of this page.
- We will make contact
with you to verify availability or offer you other properties that may
not be listed.
- Choose your house and
make a provisional booking.
- Sign the lease we send
to you and transfer your deposit directly to our Trust Account.
- We'll prepare the
home for your arrival and check the home on your departure.
- Bookings are confirmed
on receipt of the deposit and a signed lease.
- Booking periods need
to be a minimum of 14nights during the peak season (mid December to
mid January) and 3 nights any other time.
- Payment must be made
by direct deposit. Credit cards are not accepted.
- Keys will only be released
when the account is paid in full.
- A miscellaneous deposit
is taken to defray expenses such as telephone, laundry, damages etc.
- The first deposit paid
towards the rent is non-refundable.
- Cancellations are not
accepted less than 2 months before arrival.
Additional Information
- Cleaning Materials
and Toilet Requisites are not supplied.
- Beach Towels, Beach
Chairs and Beach Umbrella's are seldom supplied.
- Some houses have retainer
maids to keep the property clean. In these circumstances it is mandatory
to employ the maid at a rate specified in the contract, and to feed
her.
